You represent that you are authorized to submit the vehicle for service. Pre-existing damage should be disclosed before work begins. While we exercise professional care, Restorative Details is not liable for pre-existing paint defects, failing clear coat, thin paint, aftermarket repairs, or manufacturer defects revealed during correction or coating. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, to the fullest extent permitted by California law.
